Fable: The Fox and the Grapes

Fable: The Fox and the Grapes

One hot summer's day, a fox spotted a bunch of grapes hanging from a vine. He desperately wanted to eat them, so he leaped as high as he could. Despite his best efforts, he couldn’t reach the grapes. Finally, exhausted, the fox walked away muttering, “They were probably sour anyway.”

Moral: It's easy to despise what you cannot have.
