Technology is a means of control. Human started with tool and gradually grew them into sophisticated system of technology. According to Britannica " By the early 20th century, the term embraced a growing range of means, processes, and ideas in addition to tools and machines. By mid-century, technology was defined by such phrases as “the means or activity by which man seeks to change or manipulate his environment.” Technology, the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life or, as it is sometimes phrased, to the change and manipulation of the human environment . An example:  The bow and arrow were an even more effective combination, the use of which is clearly demonstrated in the earliest “documentary” evidence in the history of technology

According to Wikipedia " Language is the ability to acquire and use complex systems of communication, particularly the human ability to do so, and a language is any specific example of such a system. The scientific study of language is called linguistic" In the similar vein " Technology is the ability to acquire and use complex systems of control, particularly the human ability to do so, and a technology is any specific example of such as system. Today technology need to be considered as a new language. The scientific study of technology as a language is called "Tinguistic"

" care of the self" is the central theme of existentialism. For  the existentialist , the value and meaning of each temporal dimension of lived time is a function of his/her attitudes and choices. Some people are always pressed to meet obligations. " Care of the self" of existentialism  becomes  " Do It yourself" in cloud computing.   It is in this context cloud computing has a role to play. A person's  attitude towards computing - availing computing with out owning computers ( as done in the past traditional computing) is required. Once he gains this attitude- his choices multiply dramatically. Unlike in the past- computing resources available for the user- both in number and variety were limited- cloud computing makes it possible for user to have access to practically unlimited resources. These resources are veritable and scalable.   In this, traditional computing user are pressed to meet obligations. In terms of computing it translates into -

Humans are are tool-making species One of the greatest moment of progress in human history happened when they invented language. In a sense, language was the first ever technology invented by humans. It consisted of tools (words), systems (grammar) and expressions. These expressions could be as small as an exclamation or it could be as big as an epic or anything in between. This oral technology helped them experiments with this technology- producing poems, arguments, quotes and more. As humans explored the nature and its working better, they started using their understanding to build tools and technologies that made " language" more expansive and its expressions more durable ( books).
