How company can able to collaborate with Institutions?

Companies do collaborate with institutions in many ways. After all they realize that engineering colleges are the source of their future employees and it is in their interest to work with them and start that work as soon as possible. This is generally known as Industry institute interaction.  here are some of the ways in which collaborate is happening. Industry and institute sign a Memorandum with college which allows them of encourage student to take  internships, industry oriented course given by companies, and also in campus hiring Industry may set a center of excellence in the college and help faculty and student specialize in emerging areas Industry may conduct faculty development programs, student exchanges, competition and so In our institution all of the above kinds of collaboration is happening

Patent is one of the Intellectual property right. To obtain a patent, the inventor need to apply for it with patent office. The process of applying consists of different steps. The first step is Invention disclosure. INVENTION DISCLOSURE 1. Title of the Invention: Digging Aid 2. Inventor: Robert Fontaine 123 Maple St. Midtown, CA 99999 (555) 555-1234 3. Circumstances and Date of Conception: On 13 July 1994 I was planting a tree in my back yard. In order to plant the tree I had to dig a rather large hole. It was a hot summer and the soil was very hard. It was therefore difficult to force the blade of the shovel into the ground. I tried using my foot to step down on the shoulder of the shovel blade, however I was wearing tennis shoes and pressing down upon the narrow shoulder hurt the arch of my foot. I thought what if I had a pedal attachment that could be connected to the top of the shovel blade. The pedal would have a large surface area so that it would not hurt my foot as I forced the blade into the soil. 4. Description of the Invention: a.
